{"id":10241,"date":"2021-09-22T09:06:28","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T08:06:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/?p=10241"},"modified":"2021-09-27T09:46:31","modified_gmt":"2021-09-27T08:46:31","slug":"conference-sur-les-perspectives-salariales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/index.php\/2021\/09\/22\/conference-sur-les-perspectives-salariales\/","title":{"rendered":"Conf\u00e9rence sur les perspectives salariales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peu d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9terminants et in\u00e9dits ont, \u00e0 ce stade, \u00e9merg\u00e9 de cette premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union.<br>La CGT, tr\u00e8s circonspecte sur un tel exercice dont la conclusion est pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 quelques semaines des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles, jugera de sa participation et de son investissement au vu des prochains rendez-vous et de leur contenu.<br>D\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, en revanche, l\u2019actualit\u00e9 vient bousculer les annonces de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transformation.gouv.fr\/files\/presse\/CP_Conference-perspectives-salariales-fonction-publique_06-07-2021.pdf\">ministre du 6 juillet dernier.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>En effet, <strong>l\u2019augmentation l\u00e9gale et a minima du SMIC au 1er octobre contraint le gouvernement \u00e0 proc\u00e9der en urgence \u00e0 une revalorisation des plus basses r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations de la Fonction publique,<\/strong> une partie des mesures pr\u00e9vues pour le 1er janvier 2022 se retrouvant d\u00e9j\u00e0 obsol\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Alors que cette revalorisation \u2013 tant du SMIC que des indices minimaux de la Fonction publique- est notoirement <strong>insuffisante aux yeux de la CGT,<\/strong> il n\u2019en demeure pas moins qu\u2019elle va avoir des cons\u00e9quences plus que probl\u00e9matiques.<br><strong>Le dogme du gel de la valeur du point conduit \u00e0 ce que le 1er octobre un-e agent-e de cat\u00e9gorie B ne sera plus recrut\u00e9-e que 0,9% au-dessus du salaire minimal !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Pour la <strong>cat\u00e9gorie A, \u00e7a sera 14,7% !
