Il doit doter la l\u00e9gislation fran\u00e7aise de mesures et de moyens ambitieux pour pr\u00e9venir, contr\u00f4ler et combattre les violences sexistes et sexuelles au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie que nous connaissons depuis bient\u00f4t deux ans a mis les femmes en premi\u00e8re ligne. Aujourd\u2019hui, il y a plus qu\u2019urgence \u00e0 prendre \u00e0 bras le corps les violences sexuelles et sexistes et mettre en oeuvre des dispositifs contraignants contre les violences faites aux femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employeurs publics ont un devoir d\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 de ce point de vue et doivent renforcer l\u2019axe concernant la pr\u00e9vention et le traitement des violences sexistes et sexuelles des plans d\u2019action issus des accords \u00e9galit\u00e9 afin que la tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro s\u2019applique dans les trois versants de la fonction publique, les minist\u00e8res de tutelle et les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos organisations syndicales appellent les personnels \u00e0 manifester toutes et tous ensemble le 20 novembre au c\u00f4t\u00e9 de NousToutes \u00e0 Paris et partout en France et \u00e0 construire des actions le 25 novembre localement.
