Pourtant le gouvernement n\u2019a toujours pas pris la mesure du gouffre existant en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, consid\u00e9rant au final que les actions rel\u00e8vent davantage de \u00abbonnes pratiques\u00bb, des \u00abbonnes volont\u00e9s\u00bb des employeurs pour un \u00ab changement de mentalit\u00e9s \u00bb.
