(Le projet d\u2019enqu\u00eate RPS, notamment).<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019enqu\u00eate RPS (si\u00e8ge et lyc\u00e9es)\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CGT a \u00e9mis l\u2019avis que cette enqu\u00eate, pour \u00eatre compl\u00e8te et pertinente, devrait pr\u00e9senter un volet quantitatif certes, mais aussi un volet qualitatif. Ce afin de r\u00e9pondre aux n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail des agents de la collectivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Convention FIPHP\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette convention a pour objet de permettre la mise en place de mesures d\u2019accompagnement en faveur des agents rencontrant des difficult\u00e9s ou handicaps, pour les maintenir dans l\u2019emploi. De permettre un recrutement adapt\u00e9 de personnes en situation de handicap. Tout en pr\u00e9servant la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des agents.<\/p>\n<p>La CGT a demand\u00e9 que la dotation financi\u00e8re soit adapt\u00e9e aux besoins \u00e0 venir au\u00a0 regard d\u2019une pyramide des \u00e2ges montrant un vieillissement des agents, n\u00e9cessitant des mesures d\u2019adaptation des postes de travail.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sidente du CHSCT assure que ce sera le cas.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l\u2019intervention des m\u00e9decins de pr\u00e9vention, d\u00e9sirant \u00eatre inform\u00e9 de son contenu, la CGT a demand\u00e9 dans quelle mesure les m\u00e9decins de pr\u00e9vention pourraient \u00eatre associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction finale de la convention FIPHP.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Da Costa, DGS, a r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019il n\u2019existait aucun \u00e9cueil pour une participation active des m\u00e9decins de pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel EPI et v\u00eatement de travail)\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>La CGT a interrog\u00e9 sur l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019un flocage des v\u00eatements de travail des agents \u00ab\u00a0si\u00e8ges\u00a0\u00bb par un logo \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, sachant que cela n\u2019est pas envisag\u00e9 pour les agents des \u00e9tablissements scolaires.<\/p>\n<p>Il est r\u00e9pondu que ce flocage se fera sur la demande des agents concern\u00e9s par le port obligatoire de tenues de travail.
