La plus forte sortie du cadre d\u2019emploi \u00e9mane de l\u2019ex Bourgogne dont le r\u00e9gime indemnitaire \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieur par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ex-Franche-Comt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La CGT a toujours refus\u00e9 les\nprimes aux client\u00e9lismes, et privil\u00e9gier un salaire englobant les primes prises\nen compte pour le calcul de votre future retraite ce qui n\u2019est pas le cas\nactuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous vous rappelons que le C.I.A doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration courant d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cependant, votre syndicat a valid\u00e9 la refonte du r\u00e9gime indemnitaire, en effet, lors de nos heures d\u2019informations ainsi que les messages re\u00e7us par mail, nous ne pouvons ignorer vos probl\u00e8mes de pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politique de recrutement pour les contractuels<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La proposition&nbsp; pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 satisfaisante, en effet, nous ne pouvons accepter l\u2019externalisation du recrutement des contractuels, au motif de d\u00e9charger nos coll\u00e8gues du service RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votre syndicat au vu des documents pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et des questions rest\u00e9es sans r\u00e9ponse&nbsp; nous avons vot\u00e9 contre cette proposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Sexisme ordinaire <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/stop_sexisme-1024x603.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4958\" width=\"512\" height=\"302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/stop_sexisme-1024x603.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/stop_sexisme.jpg 1261w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un courrier par\nmail a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidente en date du 9 octobre dernier afin de d\u00e9noncer\nles propos d\u00e9plac\u00e9s de M. NEUGNOT \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de votre secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous demandions en urgence une audience \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidente afin de lui rappeler la loi REBSAMEN du 8 ao\u00fbt 2016 (sexisme ordinaire). Notre organisation syndicale a fait une d\u00e9claration de principe lors de ce CT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(voir la d\u00e9claration :<a href=\"http:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/\/wp-content\/media\/pdf\/DECLARATION%20CT%20DU%2014%20NOV%2019.pdf\">ICI<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La CGT s\u2019est f\u00e9licit\u00e9e des excuses publiques de M. NEUGNOT \u00e0 notre secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Catherine SALVADORI.
