{"id":594,"date":"2016-09-08T13:43:30","date_gmt":"2016-09-08T12:43:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/?p=594"},"modified":"2016-09-08T14:28:08","modified_gmt":"2016-09-08T13:28:08","slug":"dialogue-sociale-du-6-septembre-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/index.php\/2016\/09\/08\/dialogue-sociale-du-6-septembre-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Dialogue Social du 6 septembre 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Deux dossiers \u00e0 travailler\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>avancement de grade et promotion<\/li>\n<li>Temps de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Avancement de grade<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Li\u00e9 \u00e0 la <em>valeur professionnelle \u00e9valu\u00e9e<\/em> par <strong>avis hi\u00e9rarchique (70%)<\/strong> + acquis professionnel et anciennet\u00e9 <strong>syst\u00e8me \u00e0 points (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces niveaux crit\u00e8res seront plus juste, et \u00e9viterons des situations de refus de la part de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 fonctionnelle non motiv\u00e9s comme nous avons pu le voir dans les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes particuli\u00e8rement pour les agents des lyc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La CGT restera vigilante pour que ces nouveaux crit\u00e8res soient appliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Temps de travail\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les gros dossiers importants, qui devront \u00eatre boucl\u00e9s au 1er semestre 2017 et effectifs d\u00e8s\u00a0 l\u2019Automne 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la fusion des r\u00e9gions nous devrons ren\u00e9gocier nos acquis sur les chantiers suivant\u00a0: R\u00e8glements du temps de travail, r\u00e9gimes Indemnitaires\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019urgence impos\u00e9e par les RH est de travailler en premier lieu les dossiers des agents du si\u00e8ge puis rapidement pour ceux des lyc\u00e9es, Mr Guillou DGA \u00a0<strong>ne souhaite pas faire un mixe des deux r\u00e8glements existants<\/strong> mais repartir d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0page blanche\u00a0\u00bb et construire un \u00ab\u00a0nouveau temps de travail\u00a0\u00bb pour les agents du si\u00e8ge et des lyc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons donc tout revoir et reconstruire avec des orientations par th\u00e8mes, et cela dans<strong> un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s court (3 mois)<\/strong>.On nous demande \u00e9galement de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir pour simplifier le syst\u00e8me (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Les th\u00e8mes de prospections qui nous sont propos\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9placement<\/li>\n<li>Plage horaire<\/li>\n<li>Badgeage<\/li>\n<li>Modalit\u00e9 de cong\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CGT organisera, dans ce contexte d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude l\u00e9gitime, des rencontres de dialogues (Heures d\u2019info syndicales)\u00a0 avec les agents des sites de Besan\u00e7on et Dijon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-602 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cgt-bfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/futur.png\" alt=\"futur\" width=\"431\" height=\"295\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Deux dossiers \u00e0 travailler\u00a0: avancement de grade et promotion Temps de travail &nbsp;
