Pourtant, nos salaires sont toujours inf\u00e9rieurs de 25&nbsp;% en moyenne. C\u2019est comme si chaque jour, \u00e0 15h40*, nous cessions d\u2019\u00eatre pay\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est entre les hommes et les femmes cadres que ces \u00e9carts sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, du fait de la part variable de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enseignantes, infirmi\u00e8res, sage-femmes, administratives, RH\u2026ces m\u00e9tiers dans lesquels nous sommes concentr\u00e9es sont d\u00e9valoris\u00e9s financi\u00e8rement et leurs qualifications ne sont pas reconnues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour avoir des responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles, qui plus est en situation de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, on nous somme d\u2019\u00eatre disponibles 24 heures sur 24 au m\u00e9pris de notre vie de famille.
